Casa Oilio Sperlonga began in 1863 when Domenico Sperlonga pressed his first batch of extra virgin olive oil in Priverno, a small town in the heart of Lazio. What started as a small family frantoio grew, generation by generation, into one of Italy's most respected names in bottling and private label olive oil solutions.

The First Press
Domenico Sperlonga establishes a small family frantoio in Priverno, pressing the first barrels of extra virgin olive oil.
